This is about the fundamental practices: Transforming negative feelings such as anger, fear and depression into positive power and reducing stress. Inner balance and vitality are strengthened. These include Chi self-massage, the Inner Smile and the Six Healing Sound Practise.

Workshop: ‘Cosmic Healing’

The focus is on developing the ability to use chi specifically for self-healing and to transform blockages into usable energy. The practice is suitable for individual healing as well as for therapists. The basic knowledge from the basic course is helpful.
