Subject: ISACA Germany: New Chapter Board | Survey | New Podcast | Events | Seminar programme 2024

Dear all,

We have an exciting time behind us. Our 8th annual congress took place in Munich on 7 and 8 November 2023, with exciting presentations and interesting discussions with the participants. We are very pleased and would like to thank you once again for your numerous participation and positive feedback!

The ISACA Germany Thesis Award 2023 was presented as part of the congress programme. This year's winner is Alina Reher, who wrote her master's thesis on "'The Relevance of Organisational Design for the Consideration of Cybersecurity in Digital Innovations'".

At the end of the first day of the congress, we held this year's Annual General Meeting with new elections for the entire Executive Board. We are delighted to welcome Dirk Meissner as the new Board Member for Finance and Administration. He replaces Dr Martin Fröhlich in this position. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Martin for his excellent cooperation and wish him all the best for the future. The other board members stood for re-election and were all re-elected.
